More about Kimberly

Kimberly Parker (she/her) is the CEO of Revive to Thrive Wellness Center, a Texas-based wellness center, and the founder of The Healthcare GreenBook™: Your Care Compass. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), EMDR-Trained clinician, and Transformative Coach, she specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, and self-esteem improvement.

Committed to culturally humble and socially responsive care, Kimberly empowers individuals while addressing the unique challenges faced by marginalized populations. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision (CES), where she continues to expand her work as a clinician, instructor, clinical supervisor, researcher, speaker, and trainer.

Through Revive to Thrive Wellness Center, Kimberly provides therapy, supervision, training, and consulting services. Through The Healthcare GreenBook™, she is building a modern guide to culturally affirming mental health care by combining clinician vetting, organizational equity audits, targeted training, and accountability standards. Her work centers healing, cultural humility, and systems-level change so that clients, clinicians, and communities can move from surviving to thriving.
